Back in 2005, after I'd gotten out of the hospital and gotten my art back on, I started drawing random dudes with purple skin and yellow eyes that were SORT of inspired by Voltron's Prince Lotor, but not quite. Maybe a quantum singularity or two off due to eyes and ears not being quite up to Voltron canon.
Anyway, I was rummaging around in my folders today and found this picture, which I've really really wanted to clean up, because I liked him better than his counterpart, who I'd colored in on the page before him on some copy paper. YAAAY, COPY PAPER. Anyway, I started to clean Man From Doom 0 up in Photoshop, but since I downloaded the latest NVIDIA driver for my not-so-latest NVIDIA video card, Photoshop has been BLINKING whenever I try to do something. D: So, I took it into Illustrator. It took HOURS, and there are a few things that need to be done to make it perfect, but for now, I'm content to stamp my name on it and put it up here. Right now, I don't like the eyes, the hair is kind of pastedede on, and the mouth is too pointy. EDIT Fixed it! Old version is here - [link] /EDIT I might give it a more cover-y look to it when I fix stuff and make it look like a Drule Tabloid or equivalent of Vogue Magazine interview thing about Lotor cutting his hair short. Said Drulean Vogue issue would definitely have a bunch of pictures of him in a suit pretending to be drunk with several different women in very interesting-looking buildings in black and white, and possibly some broken glass or strange flowers. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
